In the circumstances, those being we are playing with 2 full backs at CB (as he fucked up in the summer), not signing a CB January 1st was monemental. Losing the number one target who wanted to join because he was trying to save 5m euro, is so bad, that if he got the treatment the owners at Everton got, it would be wholly justifiable.
