Not really enamoured with Richarlison to be honest. Although got the impression from ITK that he wasn’t our no 1 target

As has been said by others, I think he’s best suited to our system and style and offers cover to both Son and Kane. As great a player as Raphina is, Richarlison is what we need more just now imo. Or you know, both ?

I'm not sure how I feel about us potentially spending £60m+ on Richarlison. He's a better fit profile-wise than Raphinha but at the same time it does feel like Raphinha can become a top player whereas I feel we kinda know what Richarlison is, a solid Premier League forward who isn't going to light the league up. For example, I'd be far more concerned if Arsenal signed Raphinha rather than Richarlison, even though Richarlison should also be a better fit profile-wise for them too.

Ornstein says he’s our first choice target.
Great news. I love Raphinha but we need cover across the front line and there is no better option out there than Richarlison.

He actually addresses the issues with our squad, unlike those morons signing their second right winger of the summer, where their best player currently plays…

Would much prefer him to Raphinha, never been a fan of Richarlison falling over etc but in fairness he showed a lot of character dragging Everton to safety.

I do like Richarlison a lot as our main striker backup. You can just sense he is a Conte player.

I think if he comes in we need a creative AM type that can also play in a front three. Paqueta, Kamada and Eriksen are good options there.

I probably would prefer Raphinha and a target man but this would also be great.

Part of me wonders if he's getting this news from the Arsenal and Everton side of things though. Arsenal because they want leverage on Raphinha and Everton because they need to sell.

Would love us to Sign him he’s a great finisher , works hard and playing in a better side can see him getting 20 goals next season, plus his shithousery is on another level which would wind opponents up no end

Looks like we have indeed chosen Richarlison as our top target. If we were only ever planning on bringing in one forward then this makes sense imo, although seeing Raphinha at Arsenal will be a real shame.
