£60m is not overpaying IMO. You have to remember the premium that you pay for a forward, not to mention a proven one. Just need to look at the below list to see he's one of the cheapest forward signings by an Top 6 PL team in the last few years:£85m for Richarlison and Bissouma is very good business, paying a slight premium on one player and getting a discount on the other.
