One thing I like from the interviews of Lenglet and Richarlison was their mentioning of winning a silverware. I don't remember many players who joined us saying that in their first interview. It really spoke of their winning mentality, spoke of Conte's conviction to them, and spoke of their beliefs in Conte and the squad, that there is this strong possibility of winning something.

I think Lo Celso is just not that type of a character really, there was talk about him not really fitting in that much and being a little bit of a weird character

What I love about that moment is the players acknowledging it. The media team could have done a private PR moment between the both of them, but to do it in front of the squad and them applauding the moment bodes so much for the squad morale and bonding.

It's actually something that made me believe is another reason why we're after Spence (on top of HG and physical attributes) he's won something recently, seems very much a thing trying to add winners to the group. ICBW
