Johnson suits our style of play far better. He's a fantastic / ice-cold finisher.

If Richy hasn't been given enough chances then I don't think any of us can comment on Johnson in a Spurs shirt. He's played less than 90 minutes for us.

Think Richy looks more dangerous on the left and Son middle, than visa versa. seems to suit both players better - and the entire team. Kudos to Ange for switching this so quickly

Well there is 2,5 months until the next transfer window so maybe support him until then at least?
Of course mate. I would love him to come good. But it’s just not gonna happen for him. He’s not good enough. No where near good enough. Everton had their pants pulled down when they signed him but he scored a few when they played that way. We literally threw away 60m on him. Big wages. Luckily he has ambition and will move on unlike ndombele. He works hard and won’t be talked of in the same way ndombele is. But it was a massive fuck up signing him. Easy to say now obviously. But he isn’t a player that fits Anges plans. Imo.

FWIW there's a 12 minute segment on Richarlison from Tim Vickery last night on LWOS from 1 hr 3 mins to 1 hr 15 mins.

To be fair Johnson looked cool calm and collected for his goal against Sheff Utd before the flag went up. Maybe he's just growing and maturing still and we will see that side of his game evolve here.

Getting dropped for Jesus apparently, which is embarrassing. Must be transfer listed if that continues.

So? He kicked one against his own foot. Another straight at the keeper and another was a poor attempt too. Hardly call they ice cold. All 3 to fall to son is likely 2-3 goals
Their keeper pulled off a very good save otherwise he'd have claimed our first goal, his shot was on target as were all his shots, keep doing that and they'll go in more often than not. It's not like he missed from a yard out is it.

When we signed him I thought back on his previous season at Everton and thought that was a good base for him to improve on at Spurs - I think now that that season at Everton was his peak. Hasn't looked anywhere near that level since and even that level wasn't good enough for a top4 challenging team.

It’s so hard to know, I hope he comes good. His not shown many moments that’s for sure.

I hope he comes good but the clock is ticking. If he stays fit he is likely guaranteed a game, but if no improvement by January we have to seriously look at an upgrade.

Johnson seems to have a habit of finishing off really difficult chances but not consistently enough. You can see with those finishes that he has talent and he will have a very high ceiling if he can become more consistent but he's not there yet.
