Glad he’s on his way back. We’re going to need him healthy and raring to prove a point in the 2nd half of the season. Also can’t put a value on his shit-housery!

😁 I don't think Sonny will be going to AFCON mate. Unless South Korea 🇰🇷 moves to South Africa.
Oops yeah by bad! Following the Mrs around countless department stores Xmas shopping for the perfect bloody baubles, feigning interest while trying to post on SC!

It will be important to have him back to ensure we can adequately rest our other options later in matches without the running dropping off from fatigue. If we have Richy and Gil back to rotate with Johnson, Son and Kulu that helps us avoid any more injuries through fatigue and the drop off in the last 10 minutes we've seen recently

Good to see him back for the Christmas period but first touch the ball bounced off his chest and lost it and 2nd touch it bounced off his shin and lost it.
We need someone to step up during the next few months while we wait for maddison, VDV etc to get back, fingers crossed after his op Richie can start to justify the fee.

He could use crosses like that one for third goal, think we will get few assists from and few more headers. Perisic is a big loss for him and I'm not sure if he will spend a lot of time on the pitch with Johnson who seems to be good at crossing. But we need extra bodies and his return is a nice boost for the team.

Want him back starting at LW as soon as possible, at the end of the day he was still getting involved with assists/build up play when we were playing well. Losing Son for a few games means we need him to step up along with Kulu.

Son struggled last season with injury and look at him now. Every chance Richarlison comes good if he's injury free at last.
I'd argue Son had shown much higher levels previous to the injury he struggled with than Richy has though. I'm just not sure, Injury or not, he fits Ange's revolution either as CF or as a WF. I don't think he's technical enough nor does he have the burst of acceleration required to play effectively in this system. It would be Brennan, Solomon and even Pereseic if he can be persuaded to stay over Richy for my money.

Good to see him back and causing problems for defenders but he should still be sold in January if Saudi comes calling.

I wonder how many games/weeks he needs until he can start or play more than 5-10 mins, as the games are going to come thick and fast now.

Agree, Richy doesn't quite seem the right fit for Ange's style of football although Ange does like having a number of different options and we have many other area's we need to address first, I personally don't see Richy being sold anytime soon tbh.

With more training this week, im expexting more minutes against West Ham from the bench and possibly starting against Newcastle.

also shout out to him for grabbing the ball ahead of City’s defenders after Deki’s equaliser and booting it into the stands. Not sure it makes much difference in terms of time anymore , but casual shithousing I can get on board with.
