I‘m actually more excited about this signing than kulusevski. My most common post from the last 4 years must be about improving our central midfield as being fundamental to improving the team. I know absolutely nothing about this guy except for the reports in this thread and he sounds exactly what we need. Let’s give him a couple of months to get used to the league and pace of the games and see if we look a better side. I expect we will and he will add a lot of quality in there.

From having watched him a fair bit and given his age and given that Lucas and Bergwijn have been very inconsistent in terms of their output. I said I 'think he will be' but yes I also 'hope' he will be.

I think he's one of those "don't realise what you have till he's gone" players that Juve fans might regret losing eventually. Not eye catching but the work he does allows others to be able to express themselves.

personally I love this type of player, and they are far more appreciated in The Prem than they are on the continent.

Agee 100%. We can upgrade both wingbacks significantly. You put Alexander-Arnold and Robertson in there and we are challenging for the PL.

when I was in full time many years ago it was the girl at the front desk of the stadium who stopped the players as they were reporting for training. It’s probably changed a lot in 25 years ?
