I thought our deals were usually announced around 10pm on deadline day, all this 'get them in for pre-season is frankly confusing.

Assume time wise it will have to hit the American news at relative prime time...maybe 3pm?

I thought 5pm these days, but we've had 10am and 3pm chucked into the ring in the ITK thread. I remember the contract renewals often being earlier announcements, less so on transfers.

...and here I was thinking normal time was either 11:00, 12:00, 13:00 or 14:00

Does kinda tie in with what I remember. Contract renewals in mornings, and signings around home time UK and daytime USA.
