As @dtxspurs pointed out, Mbappe with his new authority to have a say on signings, could actually help us out. Kylian actually tried to get Tanguy at PSG before, why not try again? lol

Because he was a big talent then? Now he’s just a bad player.

Is crazy how at one point I felt we were so bad that we needed Ndombele in the side just for any potential spark and creativity. Now I absolutely can't stand the thought of seeing him strolling around the pitch for us.

Mbappe vouching for him at PSG would be incredible.

There must be a swap possibility. Perhaps a wing back is a bit more likely than Messi but it's all down to Mbappe apparently.

Given that the overall fee we owe on a few players are likely contingent on things like the club qualifying for CL etc, does that still apply if they're sent out on loan during their contract?

I'm mainly thinking about Gio & N'dombele, and I'm guessing seeing as they didn't go out until the Jan window the answer will be yes.

Anyone know how it works RE: bonus' & add-ons? Just curious...

Probably the wrong thread for this (sorry!) but is there any confirmation that this new influence and power Mbappe has is genuine or is it an internet rumour that sounds great so people latch on?

God I hope PSG want him. It feels like the only way we recoup any proper amount of cash.

Maybe a part exchange with an Italian team?

What a waste

Only options I see are PSG (Mbappe has his way), Monaco if Tchouameni leaves, Marseille with Kamara gone or it will be somewhere in Turkey.

Only clubs that make sense stature-wise and stylistically are Sevilla and Valencia. Valencia have just hired Gattusso too so could be a statement signing to support him in his new position…

Valencia are skint, Sevilla come into fairly big funds with the CBs gone. Thats my guess.

Valencia are skint but Gattuso is a Mendes client and he’s so corrupt that he’ll find a way to make it happen if Gattuso and the club want it.

Sevilla was my bet until O’Keefe said they were in for Emerson. Even when flush with cash, can’t see them going for both him and Ndombele considering fees and wages involved.
