Toby will be the oldest and most expensive on their list basically. He will likely command the most wages. It will be a very expensive deal for a player who turns 30 this season and hardly kicked a ball in anger since October 2017 and has hardly been in form when he has played for Spurs since.

Totally agree, 29 is nowhere near old for a CB....the only caveat is injury

Depends on injuries. If a top European club lose one of their centre backs, they'll come in big.

Toby should be used as a bargaining chip to get Martial this summer. Levy should swallow his pride and stop thinking small time by asking Man U how much they want with Alderweireld chucked in. Time to attract the bigger fish now and bargaining chips with players no longer interested in playing for us is a great tool to get teams interested in doing business with us
