Really love this trust in the home grown players and willingness to give them a chance.
For all the great football we played under HR, one of the things that really irritated me was one or two occasions when he refused to name a full set of subs as a protest to not having enough senior players available thus denying a young player the rare opportunity of involvement in a match day squad.
