Poch. has got a good player management style, and experience, so is well placed to help Harry. I also agree Harry has the ability to continue his goal scoring next season, as his ability to mix up his play and not be bullied off the ball by defenders will improve.

Harry can only get better as his experience increases. People will find a way to stop him and his goal tally will probably drop a little in his second season, but he will still be a very good player for us.

Does it look strange that being a defender in hi playing days, Poch could improve strikers and other attacking players under his charge at both So'ton and Spurs but can't seem to have much influence in our defence?

I guess it depends on the quality of the players he is working with.......Although a coach can drill defenders to adopt certain positions/formations to the opposition's tactics etc. If they lack real quality to begin with there is still a limit to their improvement.
In the case of Harry, Mauricio can show him ways to stop defenders marking him out of the game, but again Harry has to have the ability to do it. As 'N17' rightly says: they will find ways to stop him and his goal-tally will probably drop off a little next season, but he will still be a better player for us.

Saints lost Lovren and Shaw last season and their defence is miles better this season. Connect the dots.
