Great news re Poch - best signing we could have made and shows the players the faith he has in them.
He will only be in the second year of his philosophy with the club and for his stature to grow it needs his ways to further develop and bring trophies. Its why Spurs are the perfect club for him as manager players fans and chairman are currently in sync. Long may it continue.
Any current player looking to better himself outside of Spurs has to ask serious questions of themselves and ask why they think they would be better somewhere else rather than here - dont be fooled by past glories or the lure of lucre.
Any player who does leave will be because Poch deems them not necessary.
We do need a few additions to squad, some of which i hope can come from in house, but anyone who comes in will have to realise they are being brought into a team.
Money spent will be on those prepared to work and looking to improve - not on those who think they have made it. Poch will want to mould and develop them.
The future does look bright - cant wait

Not so sure about that. Part of the reason for footballers having such high wages is their relatively short careers. If another club offers to double their weekly wages, they're going to give it some consideration.
