Love this, shows a really hard work ethic, although we may not have success this season i really think this is the start of great things to come. The fact that players like bentaleb, mason, kane have been the best players this season gets me very excited for pritchard and other youth team players to take us forward using pochettinos philosophy. We do need to add more game changers into the mix but if we keep lloris and maybe vertongen we can win some silverware within the next couple of years.

I used to be very much for buying in the best players possible. But since seeing Kane and Co. in the first team I hope promoting young players continues.
There is some very talented players not only in the reserves, but through the whole academy. I'm very excited to see how Ismael Azzaoui does.

If the lads pull off another win today, they should be given another 2 days off.
