I'm curious. It's just about the most comedic outcome for me which is Liverpool and Man United i reckon. Klopp and Maureen. Proven wasters. And then arsenal keep Wenger.

I don't want to wish CL football on Arsenal ...

But OP makes a fair point. Wenger probably stays, it's in many ways funnier with Klopp and Mourinho failing, and no CL will certainly hit Liverpool hardest in terms of the summer window.

Would rather Liverpool qualified to be honest. The burden of playing midweek could crush them. They will spend big and attract players no matter what. Same with United.

Wenger will stay either way imo. And if they are out of the CL they will surely lose Ozil and Sanchez, without whom they are bang average.

They'll be playing midweek in the EL, the burden of European games isn't a factor.

Liverpool also have a wage bill that seems unsustainable enough without a sugar daddy as it is, roughly 70% of turnover. They need to get rid before they buy.

When Dortmund won the league for the first time under Klopp, they progressed to the Champions League for the first time under him. They finished bottom of their group and collected a pathetic 4 points.

If Liverpool were to get Champions League I suspect that Klopp will face the same problems balancing his squad, of course Europa League may be more difficult in that respect but I still think he will have issues. In fairness he did go on to win the Bundesliga a second time but I don't think the Premier League is as forgiving due to the lack of winter break, which Klopp struggled with this time.

In regards to Dortmund's Champions League struggle, it should give us a bit of encouragement as it appears it's not only Premier League teams who struggle in their first campaign, a lot of teams seem to struggle at first with the adaptation.

I'd like to see Arsenal and Liverpool, I'm reckoning on United winning the Europa league so they'll get CL anyway which means only one of the others would get Europa next year, I'd like two of them in it.
As it stands I suspect it will actually be Arsenal and United though.

If Leicester win the Champions League, don't they take one of the 4 places? In which case, they should. Then, can we have L'Arse 4th, Lolerpool 5th & Manure 6th.

They only take one of the four if Man U also win EL and don't finish top 4. England can have five clubs in the CL next season.

If Leicester win CL and United don't win EL then CL next season is Leicester plus top 4.

Only way 4th would miss out is if United finish 5th/6th and win the EL, and Leicester win the CL.

I really should learn to do one last refresh before replying.

Chelsea and city. Would mean they both drop points and we'd have a great chance to win the league.

I agree it's those two I want to fail. Mainly because of their fans.

Arsenal to get fourth would be amusing as it would mean Wenger will stay and to see their fans reactions would be wonderful.

I agree with the OP. Liverpool for 5th and United for 6th so Arsenal win their 4th place trophy and Wenger remains.
