Tottenham Hotspur are close to completing the signing of target and promising Sporting CP defender Pedro Porro, according to Fabrizio Romano. It has also been revealed that the right-back has already agreed personal terms with Spurs until 2028 and the “payment terms are the final point of discussion.”

Romano confirmed in a previous tweet that Spurs are offering £32.5 million fixed plus add-ons and have discussed the possibility of including an unnamed player in the deal.
