Sporting have rebuffed Tottenham’s opening offer for defender Pedro Porro and the two clubs are still a long way apart in their valuation of the Spaniard. According to Portuguese newspaper Record, Tottenham met with their Sporting counterparts and made an opening offer worth £29m plus bonuses. That is around £10m short of Sporting’s asking price, but Spurs had hoped that the inclusion of a number of performance-related add-ons would be enough to cover the difference.

Anyone know where Paratici is? This one sounds like it's straight out of the Daniel Levy playbook.

Joke if it does get to an agreement cue Chelsea gazumping the deal.

Seem to be the only club that instead of getting the deal done look at all manor of incentives into getting it over the line.

No wonder we're fed up with our hierarchy these are really tough times.

Annoyed they haven’t been more specific. Along the lines of

“what would we need with 400 Ndombele shirts, 1200 boxes of cheesy wotsits and a voucher for drinks at spearmint rhino + Eric Dier”

Is that him on the bench talking to Romero, I've heard that Paratici as well as being Italian is a strong volatile character , if Levy was interfering wouldn't he have resigned by now. paratici18012023 181649.jpg
