I'm with Flatters, think we may have blown our chance. I really hope not though.

Heart says convincing 2-0 win, head says 1-2 defeat

Hang on, are you saying we'll lose 2-1 even if Arsenal put out the same team they did at Emirates? Surely not

i reckon we'll keep another clean sheet. 2-0. o'hara will open his account for the club.

realistically speaking, 2-2. they'll nick it in extra time again.

I can't get myself too UP for this game. Unless we play their 1st team then anything less than a convincing win will be shocking. If we played their 1st team in the Semi's then there would be real excitement as its a challenge.

i think we should be greatful to have any kind of win. it's plain and simple, we fear arsenal.

2-2 will go out on away goals

that is my worry!

and the total nightmare is we race to a 2 goal lead and get pegged back with goals in the last ten mins and injury time. We then hit the post with the last kick of extra time.

Of course i'll be greatful but i'm saying its hard to get motivated as a fan for this specific game. Arsenal don't care about this cup and play very weakened teams in it. Wenger does not honestly expect to win the cup with the teams he picks. He just wants the kiddies to get some action/experience against top teams and top players which suits him fine.

i predict 0-1 for arsenal, but am hoping for a good 3-0 trashing with berba, keane scoring the first two and the third being a huddlestone pass from our own half that knocks almunia out, confuses the hell out of the arsenal defenders and leaves them standing around while watching [SIZE=-1]Lee, who just made a dazzling run all the way from left-back, smashing the ball in.

i cannot see a 0-0 in a million years, I thnk they only way we can win is penalites. I don't think we've missed our chance, 1-1 is a great foundation to bring back to the lane. we have to get behind the side totally even if we go 2-0 down or sumthng,

This is the most important game of the season easily, if we get to the final, playing chelski (i think) we have got a uefa place sewn up, and can concentrate on the league, uefa cup and dare i say fa cup haha!

It really could be a turning point, and I hope Ramos and Gus can really hammer home that we just have to repeat what we did at the emirates

COYS!

UEFA place sewn up? We'd have to win the Cup to guarantee that

I am getting really pissed with all this
"wan*er just wants to send the kiddies out business"

He wants to win, he'll have top players on the bench and when his younger internationals struggle, if they do struggle, he'll up the anti just like he did last time this year and last year.

You see if you believe his bullshit, if we win well we only beat the kids, and if we lose, well bloody heck look how good those kids are. typical arse bullshit.

I forgot - £10 we win 2-1 or 3-1

By the way anyone know of a parking spot near the ground - I can use that does not cost a tenner?

Over the Enfield border or south side of Lansdowne Road or Lordship Lane, or between the Roundway and Lordship Lane—but I'd get there early.

And yes, I agree with your post.

I can't see why all the pessimism after the first game. I went last season, we did pretty well at home and we basically lost it on the away leg as you'd imagine. We've done the hard part now and we did very well. I think the players and the fans will be up for it, Arsenal managed to scrap a draw AT HOME they're going to find it very tough at the lane.

I know it's Spurs and we always contrive to snatch defeat from the draws of victory but any neutral watching the first leg would have to tip us at home. Of course if they lose we'll here the excuses and BS ("oh it was only our kids, you should be beating us")
