Jesus that's depressing for their fans. Since day one he's hardly been inspiring.
He's been setting up to blame the board from day 1. Thing is, many managers have found a way to keep them up with the same board and worse finances. He should be sacked.

he shouldnt just be sacked, he should be put down it would only be the humane thing, he's been embarassing.

He's trying to get sacked. He doesn't want to be there and can't keep them up. If he gets sacked he'll get another nice big payoff and will move straight into another job to get sacked again and paid off again. Great work if you can get it.
