Safe to say Paul Clement's days are numbered

Seems a decent bloke but his team just doesn't score. They don't really get beaten badly but when you don't pack a punch you've got no chance.

You know, he's a good coach. Interviews well, honest and says it as it is. No bollocks.
I'd rather see the likes of him than the fucking rotisserie of dinosaurs that is the mid table PL teams.

That’s his first win against top 6 away since he joined Utd. 5 losses, 6 draws, 1 win...

Just saying...
Yes but he is getting them better isn't he I'm sure they won't have a record of 1 win in 200 attempts like some teams... just saying.

That save from Forster was better than anything De Gea did yesterday. Won't get anywhere near even half the credit.

That’s a crazy decision. Even if you don’t give the penalty it’s never a booking for diving, what was Smith supposed to do?

I’m not sure Foster knew much about it though, just bounced off his shoulder, Degea actually had to dive down and save with his hand.

This is a decent game, neither side totally open or careless, but both try to play football and build moves (he says as Francis humps it...)

He stuck his arm out to stop it. Without that reaction it's a goal.

Still a lot simpler than what DeGea did yesterday though, all Foster did was kind flinch upwards instinctively. It was a great piece of errr....flinchage, but still not as good as DeGea’s save though.

Strange that people give strikers credit for having non tangible assets like instinct yet won't give goalkeepers credit for having quick reflexes.

Jesus. I didn’t not give him credit - I said “good flinchage” - I just said it wasn’t as good as DeGea’s.

The same way you wouldn’t give a striker’s instinctive finish more credit than somethingthat was harder to pull off.

Love the way Moss just looks away from the malaise in the box at the corner so he doesn’t have to make a decision about the manhandling.

The praise for De Gea is a bit over the top because the media have made up their mind he's the best goalkeeper in the world so they have to constantly enforce their opinion on everyone. The save from Sanchez was only a save because Sanchez hit his shot straight at De Gea in the only part of the goal where he could stop it. Sanchez only had that chance in the first place because De Gea failed to push Lacazette's shot away from goal.

West Ham just need to injure as many of them as possible in my opinion. Shame carroll isn't around to smash a few bones.
