Honestly, watch it again, Chambers moves his arm forward towards the ball. It's not obvious at first, and thought no pen, but having re watched he definitely does.

When they show it from the refs angle he moves his arm towards the ball. Can totally see why it was given. Great end to 2017

The problem is movement of the arm. If he doesn't move his arm towards it Dean doesn't give it.

Think he was trying to get his hand out of the way, but stopped in between; so there was arm movement. Had he just let his arm drop to his side, he should have been alright

If anything I think Chambers flinched a little bit and his arm flew out when he saw the ball flying into his face. So essentially it cost Arsenal 2 points because Chambers is a giant pussy. I can live with that.

Arm movement or not there is no way it was intentional, with half a second of reaction time. Come on. It doesn't make it easier considering Gibbs miss kicks the ball into the arm, there is no way Chambers could of predicted it.
