Riding their luck in this match Liverpool.
I think it's very touch and go out of us and Liverpool for 2nd, assuming utd drop to 4th, as all sensible people agree. I would say that Liverpool are a little more ruthless in front of goal than we are, especially at home, but defensively they are quite a bit flakier and much more likely to drop a bollock. Saying that I quite fancy them to do very well in the CL.

I really, really wish they hadn't signed Salah.

Incredible how easy he's found it. Was utterly meh for Chelsea and then most players struggle to adapt quickly moving from Seria A to the Premier League. He barely looks like he's trying half the time. Still find it hard to believe he's almost 10 years younger than me though...

Game over and a good goal.

All the idiot pundits who have said that Liverpool "need a number nine" now they've given up on Sturridge simply don't understand that the way Firmino plays is a huge part in what makes Mane and Salah so dangerous. And he doesn't exactly suffer from a goal drought himself.

Meh that's enough of watching that and listening to the commentry team cum all over their attack.

Wish we had those fucks again in the league, alas we just need to keep doing what we do

Hard to know what Newcastle were trying to achieve in this game. Almost training ground defence v attack but very little intensity from either team.
