Brighton haven't stopped trying to pass the ball all over the pitch. That mind-set means they are less likely to panic because the players are used to trapping & passing, not hoofing.

Do you think Brighton's first goal should have disallowed? Seeing as Duffy went into the challenge a lot harder than Cech and didn't win the ball.

He didn't impede Cech though, let alone knock him out.

That wasn't what you said though. And you didn't answer the question.

You said it was foul because he went in harder than the Brighton player. By that logic, Brighton's goal shouldn't have been given and nearly ever tackle today should have resulted in a foul.

I've watched that on repeat about 10 times now and honestly don't know whether I think it's a yellow/red or not, so I'm not going to condemn a ref for not giving it after seeing it once in real time

You have seen it 10 times and you aren't sure its a booking?
