I do. Yes. I watched it.

But what I said was 'The only way he can avoid that is by not having any arms'. He doesn't raise his arm to meet the ball, he has just set his position as the ball comes in and moves his arm away as quickly as he can.

Don't think the ref could see, which must be why he didn't give it.. but the other part of what I said 'Still, it wouldn't have been a complete surprise if they gave it' is because the fans and players had been appealing everything all half.

The point is that the handball took a goalscoring opportunity unfairly away from the attacker so it should be given as a foul.

Not all handballs in the box have to be intentional to be given as a pen.

I think the rules state that they do.

IMO it’s a fundamental flaw, if a team gains an advantage from a handball, deliberate or not, it should be penalised. It levels the playing field and takes out all of the unnecessary “interpretation” bollox.

But as it’s the mickeys I’m more than happy to let it slide on this occasion.

Yes but they won't change the rules because that will just create confusion as to what constitutes intentional handball or not. There's been plenty of times in the past where a defensive team have been penalised for handball in the box even though it wasn't Intentional.

But yeah it's Liverpool so fuck em :D

Darren Moore continues to impress me. He’s managed to make WBA look semi respectable and not the giant turd it was with Pardew.

Yeah that is a pretty impressive job he has done in the last few weeks. Normally you just see the team way adrift at the bottom and who know they're down miserably limp towards the end of the season with defeat after defeat, instead he's managed to forge some spirit and fight and they've battled to some really good results - even harder when you're just the temp put in charge of what was a mess. The interesting thing would be to see if, when relegation does get confirmed, he then continues to get a couple of motivated/battling/defiant performances out of them in the last two games (I know they play us). If he did then he puts himself in a great position to get the job, and at least he has shown that the same tired old names and faces should be extinct from football management.

I thought we get ridiculous refereeing decisions. John Moss is having a shocking game in Swansea v Chelsea.
Chelsea have been very lucky with decisions against relegation fighting teams last few weeks. Would never have won at Southampton if Mike Dean had sent Alonso off.

Here it is on someone else's TV. I don't think it's fake. The question is if it's a punch or he's trying to shrug martins indi off with his fist aimed at his face

You don't shrug someone off like that, he's lost his head for a split second and lashed out.
No doubt fuck all will happen to him though.
