A little common sense is needed sometimes from these refs.

Would it have been a yellow for that high between two outfield players? If it would then the goalie can't kick or handle can only use his head so common sense you would think states a player can't get head high on a goalie

Whether a player is injured or not is irrelevant.

Its not a 50/50 challenge if only 1 is going in with a karate kick! This isn't an accidental clash of heads because of a robust challenge. 1 player has tried to win the ball fairly and the other player hasnt.
