I actually have been disappointed by hazard in the past and think he’s been playing within himself. Definitely in the amount of goals he can score anyway. He’s good enough to get a high amount each year but doesn’t for some reason.

For a player of his qualities, to never get 20 goals in a season for Chelsea is criminal. Looks like he's going to do a Salah this year though.
