There's a lot of special English talent out there at the moment - Gibbs white, Hudson, Sancho, Foden just to name a small amount. Gibbs White is definitely the most attainable out of those. Regardless of 30 - 40m, we have to think the New stadium, Poch, and a young English talent playing alongside Kane and Dele has some pull. Agree with you, some may call us crazy but i wouldn't blink at offering Sanchez money for him. He could be the best out of those 4.
I agree 100%.
Granted I’ve only sen him in cameos, but in every appearance to date he has made a distinct difference. That is highly impressive for a youngster just dipping his toes into first team Football. I’ve seen this from only a handful of players over the years, starting with, dare I say it, our own GHod.

I really feel this kid is the real deal and, we’re I at Spurs, I’d do whatever it takes to get this kid on our books. A superstar in the making imo.

I couldn't agree more. We will probably annoy lots of people on here with our little love in over this player. But i'm the same, every time i've seen him thus far i'm so impressed. People talk about youth being given a chance and that you have to make an impression, this guy is like Dele for me, you don't sit there thinking he looks out of his depth, you actually sit there and think, this guy is making it look easy and he's one of the youngest on the pitch.

Fingers crossed eh. We missed out on Sancho (but that would have been even more difficult).

I thought one of the Everton mascots was still on the pitch, I didn't know it was Bernard.

Is Gomes a realistic proposition? They were saying before how the problem for Everton is that he could play for the likes of Liverpool, Spurs etc. And that Everton were trying to tie him up.

Seems like he'd be a really good option and there wouldn't now be any doubt as to whether the PL is something he could adapt to. It's not like there are plenty of CM options out there.

More dreadful officiating, linesman doesn't have many things to look for yet was apparently the only person in the stadium that couldn't see Walnut was offside

When we bring VAR in next year most goals will get ruled out.
Suppose there'll be a few more from set plays, but almost every other goal has some reason why it could be chalked off these days.

Think Watford have been the better side.

Everton have looked pretty meh so far. Feeling pretty confident about next week now.

Stonewall foul on Success and second yellow. Ref completely bottled the decision. No wonder the Watford manager’s fuming
Foul yes but a booking would have been harsh let alone 2nd yellow/sending off.
