I just don't think Mourinho has this United team set up for Martial to flourish at all. He'd be a completely different player in a more fluid and attacking setup.

Fellaini goes in for Martial when you are 1-3 down to save the game.

That's mad. I'm not saying Martial was effective in this match but it's mad that Fellaini is their ultimate bench option.

Jeez I feel bittersweet about Man utd's current plight. They didn't look great in their first game, and look diabolical against Brighton 1st half. Part of me is loving it - Man utd under Maureen are so boring. My biggest fear is Jose gets the boot and you can just see it can't you? Poch will be lined up to take on the Utd project and you can see them going all out for him as well - I also reckon he could go too! That is the bitter bit for me and it should be of concern to us in general. Really can't see Maureen sticking around if this type of form continues....Careful what we wish for guy's & gal's!
They made a massive mistake giving him a new contract then not backing him in the market. Do both or do neither. I think it'd take a colossally shit run of form for them to sack him. Poch just signed a new deal and we're on the brink of moving into a new stadium. Can't see it.

I only ever see Pogba messing it up with a poor touch, an overhit pass, or an unnecessary foul. And yet the media cream over him. Am I a fool, or are the media barking up the wrong tree?

Fellaini-ball isn't pretty, but it's usually effective. Martial was lucky to last as long as he did.

Plays and has played much better under managers, go figure.

Absolutely shocking decision to give a foul against murray there and a yellow as well. Refs are just getting worse

Not watching it, was Martial bad or was it more that he couldn’t be arsed?

Early days, but if Liverpool wins tmrw Top 4 could already be set.
