One of my best friends is a Huddersfield fan and before the summer we both agreed that they really need to bring in a player capable of grabbing 10 goals or so because the energy is there but the lack of goals in the team is always going to put them at a disadvantage. Now, the chairman, coach and everyone at the club deserve heaps of praise for what they achieved but you can't help but feel that they have have made a rod off their own back by not bringing in a striker who can do this. They had lots of games without goals last season and in a lot of them they actually took it to the opposition only to have no-one who could finish.Fuck's sake so unlucky Huddersfield
The biggest difference between the two sides is that the Huddersfield players can't control the ball. It just bounces off them.
Huddersfield are awful. Just don’t look like scoring.
Had more than enough chances. Build up play is quite good - strikers awful.
10th last season was a small miracle given their squad and the tensions at the club, but I didn't think the wheels would come off so badly while Rafa was still there. Not looking good for Newcastle.

Two pretty full strength sides. Should be both up for it.
just wait until the injustice of a disputed throw-in and they'll wake upOmg how quiet is goodison park?
My opinion is that it looks like Rafa's conflict with Ashley over funds has got the players to believe they aren't good enough, similarly to Mourinho's quest for a defender which seems to have made all his current defenders lose every semblance of confidence. So what's gone wrong up there?
