I'm actually slightly ashamed to admit it, but I think, subconsciously, a lot of it for me is because of how he speaks - he's really quite well-spoken and communicates very well. Similar to our own JJ.
Lock all your doors and windows the mob will be on their way and baying for blood! ;)

He's got a high IQ dontchya know? Written books n'allsorts.

You’d be hard pushed to find a celebrity that hasn’t had a crack at writing children’s books these days. It’s seems like most publishers will throw all sorts of money at them these days, it’s less about writing skill and more about name recognition these days.

Also, I bet they aren’t a patch on Steve Bruce’s crime novels. :ROFLMAO:

I may as well have a crack as well then.

"The drunk Vole" by David Ginola. It'll go down a storm.

Who’s to say we didn’t. Him, Clarke and Bowen where the standout wingers. Clarke was the cheaper option.
Clarke's also got the natural frame that, if he works hard in the gym, he could have that Bale, Ronaldo, v-shape and add real power and explosiveness to his skill and speed. Possibly we think he could turn into a wing-forward like those other two.

In b4 Primativ thinks you're comparing Clarke to Bale and Ronaldo

I find it quite difficult to dislike Lampard.

I used to work with someone who told me that his mate (a postman) almost got knocked off his bike by Lampard. He (Lampard) was in his car obviously. Anyway, instead of an apology, he was told to "**** off and deliver some letters". Was thinking about that yesterday afternoon, and how poetic it would be if the same postman could deliver the dcm letter on behalf of Roman later this season. Signed for of course.

Us 3rd, despite finishing 4th I can't imagine that kinda relegation firm again

Then the muchness of arse Chelsea and United keeping wolves and Everton at bay
