Nothing much to contribute at this early stage but the Premier League has just announced the new ball.

Balls to that ball

After a year delay in stadium build and being stuck at Wembley, a worldwide pandemic, a broken ankle and a new left knee....... , me and my Dad are finally going to see Spurs at our new home. We'll be at the Watford match. Cant fucking wait.
Didnt think we'd ever get there. He's 77 now so he was getting concerned.

Sounds like a pretty dull season opener... Other big leagues start the season off with the reigning champions, this one strikes me as an odd choice.

I should imagine they will go with the ‘plucky underdog’ type story. The team who no one expects to win who haven’t played with the big boys in ages.

...and of course Brentford will be there too.

An interesting one as there is every chance that arsenal will drop points there.

Looks like Fofana (Leicester) has broken or dislocated leg or ankle, can’t really tell, shocker tackle

Disgusting tackle at any time, let alone in a pre-season game.

I hope for his sake he recovers quickly. Really promising talent, looked fantastic last season.

Fucking hell that's harsh. He's a joy to watch and was out for quite a bit of the end of last season iirc. Hope it's not as serious as it looks.

This is why players need to respect the contracts they are given, feel so sorry for the kid after an immense season.
