When Poch came to Spurs, it wasnt totally clear at the time, but we had Lloris, Dembele, Vertonghen and Kane.
We had a core that just needed time and shaping into a system.
Chelsea have bought far too many young players they hope to turn into huge talents but they forgot the more experienced kinds.
This is what gives you stability cause young players form will be up and down and losses can take a huge hit to confidence.
Romero, Bentancur and Son all have big experience. Even the likes of Deki and Emerson have played for huge clubs so gained good experience.
Pretty much all of Chelsea's players are of a similar age, experience and mentality.
Raw and unproven at the highest level.

Chelsea first team is almost a development 11. Also, many of them are in absurdly long contracts. That methodology works if they turn into the superstars you hope they will be. But if they don't, you're fucked.
