I'm not impressed with Chelseas first half. Sure, they are the better team. But I expected more vs Luton at home. Apart from a solo goal from Sterling and a shot from Enzo, what have they created? Nothing. They will probably step up in the second half.

I'm shocked at how poor Chelsea look right now. Luton are bad, but Chelsea are makihng real hard work of playing through them and with some better forwards Luton might actually convert something.

Also pissed that Jackson seems like a pre-season wonder. I put him in my fantasy side ffs.

I think what people forget is that whilst we were a young team under Poch, Vertonghen, Eriksen, Dembele and Lloris were all experienced internationals.

Chelsea seem to have forgotten that when constructing sides. You need a few established players to be the stable core so that the young players can develop art their own pace.

But the way they have done it means a lot of them have to hit the ground running

Are Chelsea gonna win the league? :cautious:
They will also win the Galactic Super League and The Milkyway Cup. They are the best team in our galaxy. Their performance against this legendary Luton team will go down as one of the best in the history of football.

Much as I loathe to say it I reckon Poch will do well at Chelsea. Unlike Potter they've completely gutted and remade the team so there will be buy in even if there are teething difficulties.

Really hope there's some awful implosion somehow this year because if they track like we did in 14/15... anything's possible.

Pls earthquake under stamford bridge oh elder gods...

Good win for Poch. Fairly lacklustre showing, but never under pressure and 3 goals, clean sheet, new striker scoring. Steadying the ship after a big loss at west ham last time.

I thought Sterling was in terminal decline, but maybe he'll bounce back up and Poch can have that effect.

I’m gonna rip out my eyes in the near future. Why Sky force this ‘Recap’ button to pop-up every couple of minutes is infuriating.

I’d love to shit on the breakfast of whoever’s idea it was to attach a darkened shadow to the button.

And now Chelsea have scored.

Goodbye, eyes.
Press the return button on your sky remote and it will disappear.
