ill take your word on that being horrific. That Basham injury reminds me of Kevin Ware(just dont look that up if you dont know who im talking about. Just trust. Do not look that up). I really regret seeking this out. If anyone was going to, please for your own sakes, dont. Horrifying. Utterly horrifying.
ETH wouldn't. He wouldn't admit to any fault of himself for trusting the wrong keeper. As a neutral - I think United seriously need to consider sitting Onana so that he can get his head straight.
As a Spurs fan, I hope he continues to try and work through his difficulties.

Only saw the 1st half highlights and immediately knew it would be gruesome if USA Network said there wouldn't be a repeat of the footage. But did Basham hurt it himself? How? His whole own weight broke his ankle?
Not one to share Twitter links but...
He gets his foot caught in the turf and places all his weight through the ankle that's facing perpendicular to his direction of travel, and the weight snaps/dislocates/ruptures/fucks up his ankle at the joint. Thanks but I really don't dare to watch it. . So if anyone is kind enough to just explain in words how he injured it so badly.. I thought I saw him slipped, that's all.
Just takes a wrong step in full sprint as he's about to cross and ankle is more of less completely off. No contact.

Good. We will show him our new found love in Ange loud and clear.Well Poch definitely gonna be in charge when we play them
So unlucky, zero contact and not even turning sharply at speedJust seen Basham's injury...
that's a career ender for a 35 year old. Painful, feel for the guy, that's brutal.
Literally came in to say exactly this. They came up with quite a lot of hype but they’ve been utter shite. Defensively I think they’re miles away from Premier League standard.Been so disappointed with Burnley this season.
It is unlucky. But any time you place huge load on a joint or limb perpendicular to the momentum of the rest of your body, this type of injury is a risk. It's similar to arm wrestling injures where the person doesn't use proper technique and their forearm shatters; because arms are very good at bearing load in certain directions but not others. So unlucky, zero contact and not even turning sharply at speed
