£40mil Barnes
£35mil Liveramento
£5mil Minteh

Not a humongous outlay but to be fair their big money signing Tonali is banned for betting and Barnes has been mostly injured so works out to only Liveramento really making any difference to their squad compared to last season.

I think Howe is doing a perfectly decent job tbh but the injuries and first time back in CL are taking their toll.
