It's all here: https://resources.premierleague.com...and-Premier-League-appeal-decision-260224.pdf

The TLDR seems to be that the appeal board accepted Everton's argument that a 10-point deduction was disproportionate to recent punishments handed out to some EFL clubs (Sheffield Wednesday in particular) for financial breaches.
Also an explainer article here:

As mentioned in The Guardian article above unless the next Everton commission is going to fast track some of the evidence heard before not sure how the new charges will be dealt with by the end of this season if the length of time of the last commission and appeals is anything to go by.

The details of the second charge, and the extent of Everton’s alleged breach for the three-year period up to 2023, have not been disclosed, but the case will be heard and, the Premier League hopes, settled by the end of the season.

The timescales are all set out in the PL rules for this season.

I'm not sure if the Everton appeal against the 1st breach has shifted this, but the timetable should be:

April 8th: initial decisions issued for 2023 breaches (84 days after charge date).

April 15th: cut-off for clubs to appeal decision.

April 22nd: PL provides appeal response to the appeals board.

April 29th: directions hearing (including setting single appeal hearing date, to conclude no later than and if possible some time before May 24th).

2-1. We could be in for a cracker..

I hate him, but Maupay has somehow found form since going back to Brentford.

That Kudus shove in the box was exactly the same thing he got penalised for against Toney at the end of the half.
