Most likely after the Burnley game according the those who track this sort of thing for FPL purposes. Should be a bit clearer after the next round of the FA cup.
Surely that will be when they play Arsenal, since that game was postoned after ours?

You're right, it will probably be after the Man City game, however that's likely to be postponed assuming they reach the FA Cup semi final, so our game against Man City would likely be moved to between the Burnley and Sheffield games.
