I don't get to watch as much football as I used to so this is the first time I've properly watched Palmer.

Very very talented but it seems to me for every good thing he does there is a bad thing to equal it out.

He doesn't seem to trust his teammates which leads him to make silly passes and take potshots

He's still a kid really so not surprising if he is inconsistent. And would you trust Sterling and Mudryk and the like? He's the only one really capable of making a difference.

ETH came out before the game saying mount was desperate to join utd and chelsea tried giving him loads of money on a new contract but he turned it down to go to utd.

Whether that's true or not is debatable but maybe that's where the hatred came from
