Chelsea have gone down the big powerful athlete route with a lot of their signings. Unfortunately they are playing football, not athletics.

I wish Maddison pulled the strings for us the way odegaard does for them. His standard never drops
He was pretty poor first half of the season arse fans were complaining

He also goes missing in the big games

Anonymous against Bayern especially second game

"Jose Mourinho, on his return to Chelsea as manager and against his old club Tottenham inspires the West Londoners to an incredible 7-0 victory, with Nicolas Jackson scoring a perfect hat-trick, before Cole Palmer, on his return from being clinically dead for two weeks, fires in FOUR penalties."

I can’t even put into words how much I detest them. They ruined our season with the game at our stadium, they put in the game of their lives during battle of the bridge when they were in the exact same situation they are in now against the arse team: trying to stop another London club from winning the league and yet for the arse club they ironically always bend over. They’re a fucking cuckold disgrace, and whoever pulled strings to stop them being deleted from history when Roman got sanctioned has blood on their hands. That would have partially saved humanity, and Jesus would have definitely been proud to have died for the sins of men if it happened. Disgusting entity. *spit on their shit badge*

You just know it will be the Chelsea who played v City on Saturday that we face next week. Oh and Jackson will somehow find his scoring boots.

In fairness we lost our heads in both of those games, had we stayed focused we'd have battered them in both games, and possibly won the league in 15/16...sigh.

Palmer has been holding that fort alone in recent weeks.

Chelsea haven't been on a resurgence, it's just Palmer has been scoring at will.
I read holding that fart and thought it was an apt description of that team.
