Are they training tops or is that the actual away kit? The dark blue I mean, it looks real nice.

Also is it me or do we seem to have a huge squad in terms of numbers? We seem to have so many players, not sure if it's a good or bad thing.

The conference pictures of Crouchy are of him in the new away kit, and yes it does look good

I didn't read the whole thread. So that means you are making fun of yourself.

I live only for one day, ONE DAY, I want to make you happy.

All I have to do to smile is remember the shit you gave me in the Chris Hughton thread. Only for him to be fired soon after...after a decade plus of service. Only for him to go to Newcastle. Who got relegated. Then who took charge in this game:

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/2555240/Orient-6-Newcastle-1.html

Look. I know...I know it was one of the longest, most legendary threads in SC history. And I know you and other scoffers from that thread still paint over their pain by being obnoxious to me at every turn.

So you put up the same joke I did...Hmm..So who do you trust?

Say thes words. Say it. Say you have gotta trust ole Gibbsy. (puts fingers on lips) Shhhhhhhhhhhh....

I already know.

I didn't post in that thread at all, I didn't even know you existed untill this summer......

and I still don't like you

I know you started watching Spurs this summer. I should not be so hard on you we need all the fans we can get.

How about you don't take this thread off topic like you do on your Gibbsy crusades eh?

Fine be me.

Still don't like you though :rofl::beer::whistle::clap:

I know. Because I read between the lines in the name calling etc.

How about we stay on topic. You said:

"There is NO SUCH THING as a Levy signing or a Harry signing, just like there was no such thing as Comolli signings, Levy signings, Ramos signings or Jol signings."

Harry said in the conference that HE told Levy the players HE was interested in. So it was not a club decision. It was Harry 100% who wanted Crouch. Not a THFC PLC pow wow like you imagine.

The club made a point of going on about how they were ditching the "continental system" the day they fired Wendy and his girlfriends so it only makes sense for them to have Harry explain, again, how these signings are all his choices, rather than a DoF relying on a network of random scouts.

In this case i think its pretty obvious this is harrys target. But its levy and the board who give a valuation of the player and whether the player is viable to the club financially. Obviously i have no idea of the inner working of the club but i would assume harry and the coaching staff single out their targets ask Levy to go buy them, Levy then decides which players are realistic (financially) and which could potentially make them a profit and goes to negotiate. If levy felt a player wasn't going to be an asset to club as a team or the club as a business he wouldn't buy him.

don't forget the 6/5 rule being touted as on it's way - i know we're in a pretty sound position anyway for homegrown talent, but as one England international leaves, one arrives. It's a sensible, practical piece of business from that perspective as it means we a) won't be paying top dollar for English players when the time comes to implement the rule, and b) we'll be able to charge top dollar for anyone interested in our stock, young and established. Horrible way to look at it, but realistic from the view of the money men.
