Our defence is looking much better these days, it's a complete turnaround from earlier in the season when we were leaking goals left, right and centre.

Spot on

This bodes well for the future and on this great teams are built. Last season we lost at QPR - this year we are all frustrated we did not win.

Away from the disappointment of the result yesterday - I am very please with performance of the team as a whole - looking very solid and this is the future.

Enjoying the early part of the journey with AVB as manager - oh yes there will be setbacks.

How we deal with these bumps in the road will define our future under AVB.

Disappointed with the result but I suppose its another point and a clean sheet, which given their result against Chelsea is acceptable.

They battled hard yesterday, Dembele got bullied by M'bia and I haven't seen that at all this season (and he was lacklustre by his standards which didn't help us as others have pointed out).

If Defoe's shot goes in (or Ade's) early on this is a completely different game. They then have to come at us and we could have picked them off on the break and won comfortably. Fine margins and all that.

I for one am really looking forward to the man U game, as at least they'll come and attack us from the off so we can actually (i hope) get Lennon and Bale in the game. Will be a refreshing change from the negative set Ups we've faced in recent weeks!

Yes, he was poor by his standards. Seemed to not want to pass much, more run with the ball. But to be fair it's hard to play football when you've got some prick constantly fouling you and tackling with his hands more than his feet for 90 minutes.

I thought Dembele was still good, I couldn't help but think what Tarrabt could have been like if he used his dribbling the way Dembele does.
