I also heard on Talksport this morning, that Celtic have said that they would be happy to start off in League 2!!

I don't get this at all, they're from Scotland, they should play in the Scottish league. Just because they think they're too good is no reason to leave. The standard of Scottish League football would drop... Also, you'd think they'd enjoy CL qualification every year, it's not happening down here. Even if they started low, they would become big clubs in England due to their huuuuge loyal fanbases.

I don't want them in the English League, as they're not English. Cardiff, Wrexham and Swansea were already in the English league and chose not to join the Welsh league, and that was a very long time ago, there's no point kicking them out now.

I think that FIFA should intervene and stop this nonsense.. Hopefully it'll never happen. Examples of the same teams dominating a league are all around the world.. Argentina, Holland, Spain, England, Italy, Scotland... It happens.

It won't happen. Would make a mockery of Scottish devolution.

I can't see Rangers and Celtic ending up in the English Premier League because they'd be issues with European places, etc. I think that this is actually still the case with Cardiff and Swansea who, if they ever got into the Premier League, would not be allowed to take a Champions League place unless the rules were changed.

So I think it's much more likely that they'll be a number of countries that'll get together to form their own league.

What Uefa will say about this is anyone's guess

They both have a huge fan base as they win something year after year in Scotland. Will those same fans say around when they dont win something in the first few seasons in England?

Would be interesting to see how many fans would travel up to Glasgow (of their fans traveling down to London or beyond) midweek for a 7pm kick off...

Also think that they are saying they are happy to sart at the bottom just to get a foot in the door. When they have they will push to go into the Premiership, and this should never happen
