Andy Scoulding poised for Rangers exit as Tottenham Hotspur close in on Ibrox chief scout

Andy Scoulding is set to leave Rangers to join Tottenham Hotspur. The highly-regarded 40-year-old is currently chief scout at the Ibrox club.
Scoulding arrived at Rangers in 2017 and he's worked closely with sporting director Ross Wilson. The Englishman was instrumental in identifying the likes of Joe Aribo, Ryan Kent and Calvin Bassey as Steven Gerrard led Rangers to their first Premiership title in ten years.
