For the entire game - I think it has to be Vicario.

Different players had stretches where they influenced the game - but Vic was standing tall throughout, imo.

Vicario wins us the points and frankly only player deserving of MOTM.

Romero was good while he was on and hopefully just a precaution. Davies uncertain with ball, Royal battled, Porro not at his usual standar.

Skipp I’m sorry just isn’t good enough with the ball or without it he was poor. Sarr really untidy in first half and Kulu had some moments but not enough. PEH did well coming on and Gio looked the only player capable or comfortable with the ball.

Johnson great ball for goal but wasn’t great, Son took his goal but also wasn’t great. Richy nice finish and battled hard.

Special mention for Dier came on and did ok.

Good win but Vicario saved our arses.

One of those games where you could make a highlight reel of any player and make them look great, and another highlight reel and make them look terrible, apart from Vic.

Everyone misplaced passes / played hospital balls but only some players get ragged on for it.

Thought Skipp was one of our better players tbh, probably more because of the form of others around him once we went two up. Tried to keep the tempo up and tracked back well. Basically though, there was a lot of dross out there today for 70mins.

Skipp for me was MOTM of the bar the last 3 mins when Vicario basically kept us in the game

He did so well as the pivot, I was really impressed. problem with him was with Emerson dropping in to CM they struggled when Emerson slowed the play down

I actually think he did better than some of Bissoumas performances. Got ahead to snuff out danger and actually moved the ball well until his hoof at the end of the game

With Udogie back, the ball will move much better forward

Easily Vicario, everyone else had mixed game with some positives and some negatives. Son was probably worst on pitch, but on the other hand he scored winning goal

From the 3 mins highlights I've seen I went for Vicario. What a signing, he deserves some plaudits. 👏

Johnson looked like he had a half-decent game too. And Richy...long may this continue.

Vicario and Emerson were excellent.

But i thought Sarr was excellent for the 60 minutes or so
This 100%.

Sarr ran out of legs but everything good in the first half went through him.
Vic again immense and Royal v good playing out of position.

Forwards struggled a bit barring Richy who took the goal well, worked hard and held the ball up superbly. Frustrating day for Son and Johnson. Kulu showed lots of endeavour as always, but not much came off for him.

A game we really had to dig in to get the job done and although it wasn’t pretty second half (and equally bad for the blood pressure) we got the 3 points.

For the time he was on Sarr was great and showed why hes overtaken Skipp side by side, and was also better vs hoijbergs cameo, imo anyway.

Not a great performance but great to get the xmas win, did not enjoy the last half hour at all!

Just his passing at times he goes from Patrick viera to dider Zokora in a heart beat .

but at 21 he’s a unit and there is plenty to work with

Commentators must have been scratching their heads afterwards.

One minute they were saying "Oooo Spurs are absolutely purring here", the next it was "Oh dear Spurs are all over the place here"

As others have said we've played better and lost this season so I'll take that result.

Curate's egg, from sweet to sour.
Vicario (8) outstanding.
Emerson, Porro and Richi good. (7)
Rest? From good to poor at any point.
Plenty of effort for little reward.
Accept the points and look ahead.

Just to add.
Gomes impressive.
Danjuma likewise.

Vicario (my MOM) beaten 3 times by shots across him from the right.
One scored but offside, one hit the post and 1 scored.
