I know it's early days, but still.

C'mon the boys, surely this is the final incentive needed for 3 points and a stirring performance tomorrow!

I can't see anything but 0 points after tomorrow. Chelsea haven't even conceded yet this season so I don't see our toothless attack doing anything to give us a chance. It's bleak but too early to be concerned about the table.

Yup. Every other team in the league now has a point. With the exception of West Brom, every other team has at least one victory so far. Let's pray for a victory (let's be honest, a draw would do) tomorrow.

Well at least we're not playing a team who are unbeaten at home in 83 games, spanning 4 seasons...

oh wait.:)

Just imagine if we win it though - the team finally clicks and we fulfill our potential. Gomes saves everything that comes his way in a spectacular fashion, Woodgate and King heroically head away every cross and dive in front of every shot, Modric bosses the middle with incisive passing, spreading it wide to Lennon and Bentley (who having already scored from a direct free kick) crosses it into the box right on to the head of Bent at the far post who makes no mistake in finishing the job for the lily whites!! Spurs break the unbeaten record and the Chelsea fans leave close to tears..

*ahem*

3 points = top half and 1 pt away from euro places. The time is now, dont want a losing streak to stretch over months like last year, we've got to snap it now.

Plus we're overdue a win at the bridge!

The JURY is still OUT.....but we shall be found GUILTY, irrespective of how we perform! The sad thing is that we have, on paper, a squad of great players....BUT we are lacking a strike force of any kind (well, as I type this...Bent and the chance of Berbs stretching a leg....). On a good day we could possibly hold Chelski for a draw but....it seems improbable now. 9 points LOST and an untried machine running on EMPTY (with NO spare tyre). COYS!

Im feeling so depressed right now its unreal. Not signing Pav in time to play and letting him off to join the national team is madness, even if we had no other option. Plus a week of maybes and 100% done deals yet going to the stronghold that is the plastic bridge with a squad of players that probably dont know who is playing where.

Ah well there is always hope (and prayer)

COYS

Chelsea's streak ends here. Its coming back to the lane and Abramovich's reign of terror will finally be stopped. We beat them at Wembley, we fought a 4-4 draw after being down and out, twice, which was one of the matches that lost them the title.

The only thing they have left is their streak, we can take it tomorrow.

Way to early to be looking at the table. Lets just settle in a bit, ok we have started badly and chances are we will get nothing out of the game tomorrow but I have no doubt this squad will come good.

If we lost the last 2 games in the middle of the season when we doing fairly well they would just be brushed off, but because it leaves us bottom people over reacting. Lets just have some faith.
