He couldn't "thrive" on anyone's deliveries. The guy has been finished as a top striker (If he ever was top) for a few seasons now and I would be very dissapointed in Ange's judgement if he sanctioned this. I can see Levy going with it as the man has no idea what a top player looks like and would think we would be pleased with it. It would be a complete waste of £40 mil. If we are not going to buy a striker I would rather stay with Richarlason than Lukaku and I don't think he's going to work out either.
