Rooney would hate it at Bayern, he'd have to work hard otherwise Pep would break his foot off in Rooney's arse

I hope he goes to PSG, for no other reason than to laugh at his attempts at speaking French. He can barely speak English.

forgot about psg and their newly acquired billion oil drums

that is another very likely destination if he indeed does leave

Yes, after spending the past few seasons playing for Fergie as a glorified Paul Dickov I'm sure pressing and tracking back for Pep would prove utterly beyond Fat Lad Wayne.

Nowadays he is a better midfielder than he is a striker and at £250,000 a week he is well outside our range.

BTW this wasnt a joke we cant afford Benteke and heres why
Milner Sold for £26million (had 2 years left on his contract)
Young sold for £17million (had 1 year left on his contract)
Downing sold for £20million (had 2 years left on his contract and is shit)

Other factors
Bent signed for Villa £24million (had long contract iirc)
Lukaku signed for Chelsea just £20million and was 4 years younger and unproven and very raw
Also scored the most goals in 2013 and scored the joint most goals in debut season and got hat trick in debut season.

Now reading that I think Benteke is better than players sold by Villa in the past maybe only Young having a similar impact and he has a long contract. Taking this in to account they would at least want £25million-30million.

I cant see us spending that money full stop. That value will go down though next summer and probably be sold then

Unfortunately for us, I'm inclined to agree with you. I suppose their relegation would knock a few quid off though... :sneaky: ;)

I think he will go when he runs down his contract, so a while yet or if he scores like 30 goals next season
