Danny Rose has said he is "lost for words" after Montenegro were ordered to play one match behind closed doors and fined 20,000 eurosas punishment for the racist abuse of England players.

In 2012 Nicklas Bendtner was fined €100k for flashing paddy power pants, the same day Croatia were fined €80k for racial abuse.
Step forward 2019, in terms of deterring supporters it appears that uefa have gone backwards.
