Danny Rose does not expect Tottenham Hotspur to strengthen their squad in January, but added that Mauricio Pochettino’s achievements with lesser resources than his Premier League rivals “speaks volumes” about his quality.

“He has transformed how others think of us outside the club and he has transformed how we think of ourselves and how we approach big games. The belief he gives everybody is just amazing.”

That's the biggest effect that Poch has had on our club in my view.

We are beginning to be taken seriously at last, and it's all down to Poch and his team.

Of course folks bang on about the lack of trophies and silverware is what the game is about.

However, i'd much prefer that the gradually perception of Spurs changes, followed by a series of trophies, rather than a quick cash injection, a buyout of all the top talent going, and then results of the back of that.

That's all too transactional. pointing to Chelski & Citeh and to a certain extent Liverpool.

I'm cool with our approach, as Poch says,

"We are doing it a different way"
