Ryan Fredericks has joined Millwall on a three-month loan.

The attacking full-back has made four First Team appearances in our colours, the last of which came this season against Anji at White Hart Lane in December.

The 21-year-old last season spent time on loan at Brentford, where he made four league appearances.

Goal! Millwall 1, Ipswich Town 0. Ryan Fredericks (Millwall) right footed shot from outside the box to the bottom left corner. Assisted by Scott McDonald

Millwall FC ‏@MillwallFC What a goal from debutant Ryan Fredericks whose wicked cross from the right flank evaded everyone &drops perfectly into the back of the net.

Millwall FC ‏@MillwallFC Did he mean it as a shot? Who cares!

Great start

NEW DEAL FOR FREDERICKS - MILLWALL LOAN EXTENDED

Ryan Fredericks has signed a new contract with the Club until 2016, with his loan spell at Millwall now extended until the end of the season.

The 21-year-old has so far made two appearances for the Championship side, scoring the winning goal in the Lions' victory over Ipswich, before featuring in the 1-1 draw with Sheffield Wednesday on Tuesday evening.

I think Fredricks could be moved back to being a RW, as I believe someone mentioned that was where he originally played. Would be a great replacement for Lennon IMO.

has anyone watched him play for Millwall?

interested to know how his defensive game is going? Wasn't tested much at all from the couple of cameos for the first team and the good work was going forward.

As TGL says above, could he be moved back to midfield?
